Information obligation according to the ODR Regulation (Regulation EU No. 524/2013):
The EU Commission will provide a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution by July 20, 2025. This enables an independent, impartial, transparent, effective, fast and fair resolution of disputes between consumers and businesses in connection with online purchase and service contracts (so-called ODR platform). You can reach the platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. It can be used until July 19, 2025, but new complaints can no longer be submitted.

Information according to § 36 VBSG:
